For proof of identity•
- Passport,
- Driving License,
- PAN Card,
- Any Photo identification issued by State Government or Central Govt
- Aadhaar Card Number from Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI)
For proof of address•
- Voters Identification Card,
- Ration Card,
- Electricity Bill that is not more than three months old,
- Telephone bill that is not more than three months old,
- Employers Certificate,
- Current Rent Receipt and letter from landlord certifying you as a tenant,
- House Registration Papers or House tax current bill.
- Self declaration attested by Gazetted officer may also be acceptable however having proper documentation is helpful and will save time.
